This is a diversity action brought by plaintiff Robert R. Goffe ("Goffe") against defendants Stephen H. Blake ("Blake"), AMW, Inc. ("AMW-Delaware"), and Avanti Motor Corporation ("Avanti") asserting claims based on breach of contract, common law fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.
