Appellant, Jason Dirk Walton, was convicted of three counts of first-degree murder and sentenced to death on each count. He appeals both the convictions and death sentences. We have jurisdiction* and affirm the convictions, but reverse for a new sentencing hearing on the ground that appellant was not afforded an opportunity to confront two codefendants whose confessions were presented...
