PER CURIAM.
The Oregon State Bar charges the accused with several disciplinary violations in the representation of a client and later in failing to respond to the Bar's investigation of the client's complaint. The Disciplinary Review Board found violations of two disciplinary rules, and the Bar asks this court to adopt the Board's decision.
