Plaintiff Strapex Corporation ("Strapex") brought this action against defendants B.V. Metaverpa ("Metaverpa") and Leonard Brown ("Brown") alleging breach of contract, unjust enrichment, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, and prima facie tort.
