Plaintiffs Towle Manufacturing Co. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Galway Crystal, Ltd., (hereinafter "Galway" or "plaintiff") are currently engaged in the manufacture and sale of glassware and crystal items; one of their products, a decorative mouthblown and hand-cut crystal baby bottle ("Galway baby bottle"), is the subject of this litigation.
