Appellant challenges the trial court's distribution of marital property, pursuant to D.C.Code § 16-910(b) (1981), upon entry of a final decree of divorce. He argues that, in awarding the marital home to his wife, the court abused its discretion by basing that award, in part, on findings that appellant (1) was in "reasonably good health" and (2) would either inherit his mother's home or have unlimited use of it for his lifetime.
