This suit was brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. Plaintiffs claim they were discriminated against on the basis of race and on the basis of retaliation, and this impermissibly motivated discrimination affected their terms and conditions of employment and ultimately resulted in their termination of employment.
