COMPTON, Justice.

This appeal concerns a claim for indemnification brought by Alyeska Pipeline Service Company against one of its execution contractors. Alyeska claims that it is entitled to be indemnified for $1 million it paid in retrospective premiums to its insurance carrier towards a $3 million settlement of a personal injury claim brought by an employee of the contractor.
