KILKENNY, Circuit Judge:

Appellant George Charmley appeals from his conviction of unarmed bank robbery under 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). We affirm.

Appellant first argues that the district court abused its discretion by refusing to instruct the jury on his proffered defense of duress.
