This case began on October 8, 1982 when Vernon E. Pellow, Jr. (Appellee) filed his petition for divorce in the District Court of Oklahoma County. In excess of forty pleadings were filed in the case before a decree of divorce was entered on August 31, 1983, granting a divorce to each of the parties on the grounds of incompatibility.
