This action arises from the alleged infringement by Preview Furniture Corporation (Preview), Furniture Marketing Specialists, Inc. (FMS), and Eli J. Ehrlich, the owner of both corporations, of two chair design patents held by Pacific Furniture Manufacturing Co. (Pacific). Defendants counter by alleging the invalidity of the patents.
