Plaintiffs in this action are all former agents or agency managers of the defendant North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (hereinafter Farm Bureau). The employment contracts between all of the plaintiffs and the defendant contained provisions for income after retirement and all of the plaintiffs have been denied this income since leaving their employment with the company...
