The Oregon Public Employe's Union (OPEU) is the recognized, exclusive bargaining representative for the employes of approximately 46 state agencies including the Division of State Lands. The Division of State Lands Employe's Association (DSLEA) sought an order from the Employment Relations Board designating DSLEA's proposed bargaining unit as appropriate and ordering a representation election.
