Tried to the court on November 4-5, 1985, this action seeks injunctive relief for an alleged violation of Section 1 et seq. of The Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. Jurisdiction is based on Section 4 of that act and Section 16 of The Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 26.
