MESCHKE, Justice.

Laura Goodwin appeals an Order of the Stutsman County Court, determining that she is mentally ill and that she requires continuing hospitalization and treatment at the North Dakota State Hospital at Jamestown, North Dakota "for an indefinite period or until further Order of the Court." She contends that the Order was constitutionally erroneous since it was based upon her own testimony, compelled over her objection. We need not decide that question...
