This lawsuit arises out of plaintiff U.S. Welding's dissatisfaction with its lease of a computer system and operating software from defendant Burroughs. Originally, U.S. Welding asserted claims against Burroughs for: 1) violation of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, Colo.Rev.Stat. § 6-1-101 et seq., 2) fraud, 3) negligent misrepresentation, and 4) breach of implied warranties.
