LAFFITTE, District Judge.

This matter is before us on motions for summary judgment filed by defendants, requesting dismissal of the complaint on the grounds that this Court lacks in personam jurisdiction over them.

Plaintiffs allege in their amended complaint filed on May 28, 1980, that they have suffered physical and mental damages due to mercury intoxication resulting from the negligence of all defendants in the operation...
