This case involves an appeal by the plaintiff and a cross-appeal by the defendant from orders entered by the District Court of Nebraska, The Honorable C. Arlen Beam, presiding, in a jury trial diversity case which returned a verdict for the defendant. Plaintiff J.E.K. Industries, Inc.
