GRADY, District Judge.

This case is before us on the motion of defendant United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. ("USF & G") to stay or dismiss plaintiff's complaint because plaintiff's suit is duplicative of litigation now pending in state court. For the reasons given below, proceedings in this case are stayed.
