Appellant IBF Corporation (IBF), a family corporation, appeals the granting of a motion to satisfy a judgment against one of its officers, Bernard L. Frishman, by garnishment of the corporation pursuant to D.C.Code § 16-579 (1981). IBF claims the motions judge erred in finding that Frishman, the judgment debtor, "render[ed] services" to the corporation. Id.
