Vincent Cunningham appeals his conviction by a jury of aggravated burglary (K.S.A. 21-3716), aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427) and unlawful possession of a firearm (K.S.A. 21-4204). The jury also returned a verdict convicting defendant of one count of aggravated assault but it was set aside upon a post-trial motion. The court granted the State's motion to invoke the habitual criminal act (K.S.A. 1984...
