MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

This is a suit alleging trademark infringement and unfair competition under § 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), and under various state law theories. Plaintiff, Loyd Thompson ("Thompson") has moved for preliminary injunctive relief, while the various defendants have moved to dismiss or stay the case.
