Plaintiff Cilco brought this patent infringement suit in October 1984, naming as defendants Copeland Intralenses, Inc., Ronald P. Jensen and James G. Fetz. Jensen and Fetz were served with the complaint, but were not subject to the in personam jurisdiction of this Court.
