In this suit for declaratory judgment, Ellis Aldridge appeals from a summary judgment declaring that the leases under which he had occupied his business premises had terminated and were not presently valid and enforceable, and denying him any recovery in his countersuit for damages, for specific performance of the leases and possession of the premises subject to the leases.
