OPINION
PER CURIAM:
Appellant filed a complaint against respondents contending that they had negligently permitted their minor son to drive a motorcycle on a public roadway, and that appellant had incurred certain injuries as a result of this negligence. On respondents' motion, the district court granted summary judgment against appellant, and this appeal ensued. See
