This case involves a question of entitlement to unemployment benefits. Claimant, Gary W. Warrell, was employed as a tire builder by Armstrong Rubber Company. He began employment in 1968 and was fired January 26, 1982. His last three years were marked by confrontations with the employer. On September 1, 1978, Warrell was suspended for three months and placed on probation for one year for "actions... completely outside the realm of acceptable...
