This is an action against the government filed by the executors of the will of Charles C. Haffner, Jr. (the executors) asserting a claim for refund of $614,905.69 in estate tax, plus costs and interest. Our jurisdiction is predicated on 28 U.S.C. § 1346(a)(1).
