OPINION

KAUFMAN, Acting P.J.

Defendant was charged with numerous felonies, including false imprisonment, kidnaping for robbery, robbery, attempted robbery, and conspiracy arising out of two incidents at Mervyn's Department Store (Mervyn's) in Upland. He was convicted on all counts. Armed and use allegations were found to be true with respect to several of the counts.
