ARNOLD, Judge.
Defendant first argues that the trial court erred in ordering him to pay child support of $100 per month for each child. He contends that there was no competent evidence to support the findings of fact and conclusions of law that this amount was necessary or that defendant had the ability to pay. The trial court made the following findings of fact which were supported by the evidence in the record:
