Defendant Mark Clark appeals a judgment of conviction after a jury trial in Superior Court, York County, for two counts of burglary, Class C, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 401 (1983), and three counts of theft, Class E, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 353 (1983).
