CORBIN, Judge.

Appellant, Virgil Hayden Booth, Jr., was convicted by an Arkansas County jury of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and sentenced to a term of seven years and fined $9,000.00. We reverse.

Appellant was a passenger in a car operated by Vangilder. Police officers stopped the car about 2 a.m. because the car had no brake lights and an inoperative tail light. Vangilder got out of the car to speak with the police officers...
