The plaintiff Casper Sorenson brought two petitions, one individually and one with his wife, to quiet title to land in Salem claimed by the Sorensons and by the defendant, Franklin R. Wilson. The cases were consolidated for hearing, and a Master (R. Peter Shapiro, Esq.), after a hearing on the merits and a view of the property, recommended a decree in favor of the defendant on both petitions.
