The defendant appealed from a jury verdict finding him guilty of twelve counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2, IV (Supp. 1983), and seven counts of sexual assault, RSA 632-A:4 (Supp. 1983), in the Superior Court (Dunn, J.).
