On April 7, 1982, Plaintiffs Rayfeal Condread Dobbins and mary Ellen Dobbins brought their action against Ford Motor Company (Ford Motor) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Ford Motor Credit Company (Ford Credit) and Ford Leasing Development Company (Ford Leasing), for allegedly conspiring against Plaintiffs in violation of Va.Code § 18.2-500.
