Plaintiff brought this action for judicial review of the Secretary's decision denying her supplemental security income benefits under the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. § 1383(c)(3). On January 6, 1984, this Court issued an order reversing the Secretary's decision, and remanding the action for payment of benefits.
