Appellant was divorced from her husband in 1979 and was awarded custody of the minor by that decree. Appellees are the minor's aunt and uncle in whose custody the minor had subsequently been placed by the juvenile court. While the case was pending in juvenile court appellees filed this action in the chancery court seeking custody...
