BATCHELDER, J.

The defendant, acting as a union bargaining representative, was injured during negotiations with the plaintiff company, which is also her employer. The sole issue presented in this appeal is whether the defendant's injury arose out of and in the course of her employment, entitling the defendant to workers' compensation benefits. RSA 281:2, V (Supp. 1983). We hold that the injury is compensable.
