This matter having come before the Court on an order to show cause why LEROY C. GIPSON, JR. of NEW BRUNSWICK should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that LEROY C. GIPSON, JR. is hereby temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, pending the disposition of the complaints pending against him and until the further order of this Court...
