This is a cargo case over which this court has admiralty jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C. § 1333. Unilever/Lever Brothers (PTY) Ltd. ("Unilever") sues Parcel Tankers, Inc. ("Parcel"), the time charterer of the M/V STOLT SPUR, for the alleged short delivery of a cargo of U.S. inedible bleachable fancy tallow. The parties have waived a trial and submitted all their evidence in written form...
