JACOBSON, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the trial court in a special action brought from a decision of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Phoenix. The various appellants appeal from the trial court's affirmance of the Board's denial of appellants' requests regarding their non-conforming uses.
