Plaintiff first assigns as error the trial court's entry of summary judgment for defendant with respect to plaintiff's claims that defendant had violated her constitutional rights to due process under the fifth and fourteenth amendments. Plaintiff concedes that she had no property right in her job but contends that she has a liberty interest in seeking and obtaining future employment. Plaintiff contends that she was deprived of this liberty...
