This case involved an attorney's lien on no-fault automobile insurance personal protection benefits. After a nonjury trial, the circuit court permitted the intervening plaintiffs to enforce their lien against defendant insurance company, and a judgment in favor of the intervening plaintiffs for $16,234.82 was entered.
