In this appeal, we are asked to determine whether the superior court erred in striking, from each plaintiff's petition for approval of a settlement on behalf of a minor, a provision representing an agreement previously reached by each plaintiff with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Hampshire-Vermont (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) in settlement of the company's subrogation rights. We hold that the trial court erred, and we reverse.
