Plaintiff, Central Transport, Inc., brought this action to obtain title to 163 truck trailers which were the subject of a lease agreement with defendants Fruehauf Corporation and Fruehauf Finance Corporation (hereinafer defendant). Plaintiff claimed that defendant had orally promised to transfer title to the trailers at the end of the lease period for a title transfer fee of $10 per trailer.
