Defendant, Jack Glenn Henley, was convicted and adjudged guilty of two counts of aggravated assault, a Class 3 felony, and sentenced to a mitigated prison term of six years on each count under A.R.S. §§ 13-1203, 13-1204(A)(1) & (2), 13-604(G), and 13-701, to be served concurrently.
