Representatives of FMR Corporation petitioned the Board of Trust Company Incorporation for approval to establish a banking corporation in Salem, to be known as Fidelity Bank and Trust Company. See RSA 392:5. Among those who objected was the present appellant. The board granted the petition. We affirm.
