Plaintiffs have filed an appeal from a judgment entered by the Camden County Board of Taxation granting to Voorhees Township rollback tax assessments in the amount of $500,000 for land and $2,800,000 for improvements, totaling $3,300,000, for each of tax years 1976 and 1977 on property known as Block 160, Lot 1 on the township's tax map.

Plaintiffs now move for summary judgment declaring the assessment...
