This matter is before us on reconsideration of our order quashing the appeal of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Philadelphia from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County which reversed a decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment (Zoning Board). The Zoning Board had denied a Use Registration Permit for a property located at 4817-19...
