COPELAND, Justice.

Defendant brings forward and argues two assignments of error which he contends require a new trial. We find no error in defendant's trial.

In his first assignment of error defendant urges this Court to find error in the denial of his motion to suppress his inculpatory statements to the authorities. The defendant argues that the uncontradicted evidence showed that the statements were obtained in violation of defendant's Miranda rights...
