Patrick J. Obrigewitch, Jr., appealed from a criminal judgment entered by the county court of Billings County which found him guilty of driving while his license was under suspension. We affirm.

Obrigewitch was initially arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol [hereinafter D.U.I.] on August 7, 1983. The arresting officer, Deputy Sheriff Wallace, took possession of Obrigewitch's driver's license at that time and issued...
